Starting January 2027, The Launch Pad gives Westminster and London businesses six months of free premium workspace in the heart of Westminster, hands-on mentoring and a community of like-minded founders.
Launched in 2026, Positive Futures is Grosvenor’s £5 million, five-year commitment to provide support, skills and work opportunities for more than 3,000 people in Westminster by 2030.
Through Grosvenor’s partnership with Rebel, they are opening their spaces, networks and expertise to entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them access the support needed to grow.
The 2026 Launch Pad cohort brought together 10 early-stage businesses, giving founders from sectors including technology, creative industries, professional services and sustainability a base in the heart of Westminster. Participants received six months of free workspace, mentoring, practical workshops and peer support, helping them build the skills, networks and confidence needed to grow their businesses.
