So, so. So if you don’t sell anything, you don’t have a business. So James and I are planning on doing a sales series of videos for you to help you sell your product, sell your service, get out there and get customers. But what is sales,

sales is the transaction of money for goods and services. It’s about inspiring people to exchange with the hard earned money if I can get my wall out for a product or service. So here you go. I would like to buy something by James. That’s not good.

So for me, sales is finding someone with the problem that you can fix. And if you can fix their problem, then they’ll pay for it. So sales is about finding people who have the issue that you solve. So if you’re selling face creams, find people who need soft skin. If you’re selling training courses, find people with the problem you’re fixing. If you’re selling mobile phone covers, find people with a mobile phone that needs protecting and looking after sales is about finding people with problems, offering them a service, a solution, a product that fixes that problem, and gets them to part with their hard earned cash. Exactly. So this whole series of videos is all about sales. How do you do it? How do you ask for the order? How do you get people to buy? And how do you make money. And James and I are going to be doing that over the next couple of months with a series of videos to help you sell more and more efficiently.
