Welcome to Monday morning motivation, the series of videos we wanted to design to help you get more energy and get more stuff done every single week. This week’s tip is about waiting for motivation. And lots of people that I have spoken to. They’re waiting to be motivated. Now, whilst I might be able to give you some ideas and some energy, I’m not the one that motivates you, you are the one that motivates you. And here’s the bear. If you’re sat on your couch, waiting for motivation to strike you. It’s not coming. It’s not coming. It’s not that you get motivated to take action. It’s that by taking action, you are motivated. So what you need to do is take action first, rather than waiting for the motivation. Now I know that’s tough. I know that’s difficult because sometimes the last thing you want to do is get out there and take action. But if you don’t take action, you won’t get motivated. So what you need to do is take action this morning. It’s Monday morning is the start of the week, take action, make it happen, and by taking action you will find the motivation and the energy you need to get yourself through the week.
